I killed a wasp today. It flew across my window a few times until the rattle of wings against glass stirred me into annoyance. I picked up a shoe and struck at the window until the wasp fell from it's flight. It lay upon the bottom window pane; abdomen crushed, legs atangle. I watched as it's energy shifted as it's crushed body fought with hope. I watched the wasp. Did it know soon it would die? Did it know it would fly no more? I got bored with the wasp. I'm sure it died at some time, but I just walked away.
Be Relentless,
Peace
